Jimmy is a New York con man whose luck runs out and he heads to Cambodia to escape a federal investigation. He is also in search of his mentor and partner in crime who owes him his share of an insurance scam. His search for his friend sends him into an ominous and bizarre environment that is way more than he bargained for.
