TSamuel L. Jackson Elmo McElroy in the action-packed comedy. Elmo is a brilliant American chemist who attempts to use his skills to become rich off of one-time drug scam in Liverpool. When he finds himself caught in a web of deceit with England’s seedy underworld the action takes a comical and crazy turn. Elmo must make a deal with a local druglord for a $20 million score all while trying to avoid an assassin sent by his boss.
