Mr. Quimp (Douglas McGrath), a nitwit grammar teacher who wants nothing more than to escape the wrath of his nagging wife (Sigourney Weaver), is unwittingly thrust into the world of the CIA. Through a series of misadventures, this unlikely international spy finds himself in Cuba in the '60s plotting to overthrow Fidel Castro. Equal parts Mr. Bean and Inspector Clouseau, the only way Quimp will pose any threat to Cuba is with his outrageous bungling of the assignment.

"Smart and witty! A funny romp!"
