A prominent attorney’s (Will Smith) reputation is destroyed and life is threatened when he becomes the target of a corrupt National Security Agency operative. Stripped of his identity, he learns to fight back with the technology that the NSA is using against him. A former NSA agent (Gene Hackman) who was driven underground by the agency years ago returns to aid the attorney.
