Rating PG; 89 minutes; 1991
A heartwarming story about an endearing mongrel dog and the young boy whose life the dog serves. Both dog and boy are underdogs, continually picked on by the bullies of the world. They are separated when the boy’s family moves across the country, so Bingo sets out to track down his best friend. In the process, he romances lady dogs, narrowly avoids a cleaver-wielding butcher, endures a would-be adoptive family who renames him "Cuddles," joins up with a gambling masseuse, and fends off two explosives toting thugs and a wide array of other characters.
