Acclaimed filmmaker Blake Edwards ("VICTOR, VICTORIA") again directs the hilarious mischief with Italian comedy superstar, Roberto Benigni, who takes on the "title" role of the ever-bumbling Inspector Clouseau, Jr. "Pink Panther" veterans Herbert Lom as the long-suffering Inspector Dreyfuss and Burt Kwouk as Clouseau’s loyal but unpredictable manservant Cato return to carry on the "Pink Panther" tradition.
