A Las Vegas Hustler, Nick Di Angelo (Rob Lowe), follows English beauty Victoria (Amanda Pays) to England and pays a computer hacker to "enroll" him at Oxford. Once in the British institution, the brash Nick sets his sights on wooing fellow student Victoria and offends everyone he comes in contact with except American student Rona (Ally Sheedy).
