Surete’s computer is rigged to pick the worst detective and he ends up with Sgt. Clifton Sleigh who is perhaps even more bumbling than Clouseau. Sleigh slips, stumbles and crashes his way past assassins and corrupt officials to a riotous finale worthy of Clouseau himself.
