Mad scientist Dr. Gustav Neimann (Karloff) breaks out of prison with a psychopathic hunchback. Seeking revenge for his imprisonment, he kills the director of a traveling chamber of horrors and uses one of the figures in the show, Count Dracula, to perform evil deeds. Then they journey to the ruins of Frankenstein's infamous laboratory, where they find the Frankenstein Monster and the Wolfman.
