It's a summer to remember in this raucous slapstick adventure where Ernest P. Worrell (Jim Varney) is a good intentioned but accident-prone handyman at Camp Kikakee. It's pitfalls and pandemonium when Ernest becomes camp counselor to a group of delinquent boys all of whom land smack in the middle of villainous land developers, zany cooks with experimental recipes, and an army of paratrooper turtles.
