Ludwig, another of Dr. Frankenstein's sons, intends to replace the Monster's criminal brain with that of a recently deceased brilliant scientist. But crook-necked Ygor wants to have his own brain transplanted into the Monster's body and he gets his wish with the help of an unscrupulous lab assistant.
