James Belushi is narcotics detective
Thomas Dooley, a cop whose girlfriend thinks she's not his top priority, a man
fellow police officers think is just too crazy to partner with and who the
local bad guys are out to kill. Enter Dooley's new partner Jerry Lee - a
superbly trained German shepherd K-9 police dog with the best nose in the drug
busting business. Together, they're the toughest cops in town but in this
hilarious battle of wits and wills, one's just a little smarter than the other.
